What We Stand Behind
Every umbrella that leaves our Southern California workshop represents decades of refinement in design and construction. We warranty our craftsmanship because we believe in it, and we want you to enjoy your umbrella with complete confidence.
Frame Warranties
Wood frames (Santa Barbara, Riviera, Cirque, Mission Terrace collections) and all aluminum frames (Paseo, Mirasol, Flamenco collections) are protected for 3 years against manufacturing defects. This includes center poles, hubs, finials, opening mechanisms, and all stainless steel or brass hardware.
Our stainless steel frames carry the same 3-year protection, with the understanding that coastal environments require additional care—much like any fine outdoor furnishing or premium grill near salt air.
Fabric Excellence
We provide an 8-year limited warranty on all awning-grade fabrics, protecting against color loss and strength degradation from normal sun exposure. This isn’t just about covering defects—it’s about ensuring your investment maintains its beauty season after season.
Base Foundation
All bases are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects. For coastal installations, we recommend our specialized aluminum wrapped bases designed to thrive in salt air conditions.
What We Ask of You
Like any fine outdoor furnishing, your umbrella deserves thoughtful care. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, while proper use and maintenance ensure decades of enjoyment. Wind and weather damage, while heartbreaking, cannot be covered by any manufacturer—but proper installation and seasonal care will help your umbrella weather life’s storms.
Making Things Right
Should any manufacturing defect arise, simply contact us with your proof of purchase. Our team will work with you to restore your umbrella to its intended beauty and function. This is more than policy—it’s our commitment to the relationship we build with every client.
