Our canopies are fabricated from 100% solution-dyed awning fabric. Select from the 54 solid colors of our very own Regatta® brand awning fabric, or from our 10 popular Regatta block stripes. For custom color requests, we work with mills in the US and Europe. If it exists, we will find it!

100% Solution-Dyed Acrylic

All Santa Barbara umbrellas employ the use of 9-oz awning grade 100% solution-dyed acrylic. Typically found on building awnings, this commercial duty fabric is right at home on your Santa Barbara umbrella.

Our sewing workroom uses Gore® Tenara® to stitch our canopies. This specialty thread resists UV sunlight, chemicals & salt water, and is the ideal choice for outdoor applications.
