Santa Barbara Designs was a proud Participating Sponsor of the 2016 Legends of La Cienega One-of-a-Kind, a three-day celebration of design in Los Angeles’s La Cienega Design Quarter.

The all-new Cirque umbrella made its debut in the tony quarter, providing chic shade for guests of this design-driven event.

Santa Barbara Designs donated 11 custom made Cirque umbrellas to LCDQ, a 501C3 non-profit organization. At Santa Barbara Designs, every umbrella is always one of a kind, individually made to order by skilled hands in Southern California. It came as no surprise, that when SBD approached the Board members of LCDQ with a generous offer to create event themed custom umbrellas, ‘one of a kind’ took on extra special meaning.

Lee Stanton, president of LCDQ board said, “These umbrellas were an invaluable contribution to the Legends event. Customizing them in our official event colors extended our branding efforts and added a very official look to the streets in the Quarter. Our event celebrates design, and these beautiful umbrellas made that point in a powerful way. Santa Barbara Designs was terrific to work with. We asked for a few potential design layouts and gave them our PMS colors. They efficiently took it from there and delivered the umbrellas for our event.”
