Our relationship with Four Seasons began with a simple understanding: when you’re creating spaces for the world’s most discerning travelers, every detail matters. Over the years, this partnership has taken us to extraordinary properties across the globe, but few projects have been as visually striking as the Serenity Pool at their Maui resort.

The brief was deceptively straightforward—provide luxury outdoor umbrellas for an adults-only infinity pool overlooking Wailea Beach. But the Four Seasons team understood what we know to be true: the right shade solution can transform a beautiful space into an unforgettable one. Working together, we selected our Regatta Terracotta fabric, its warm coral tone echoing the tropical sunset palette, creating a cohesive visual story with the cabana architecture and natural surroundings.

The pool’s elevated terrace called for umbrellas that would enhance rather than compete with the setting. Each custom patio umbrella was positioned to create intimate pockets of shade while maintaining clean sight lines to the dramatic views of Lanai and the West Maui Mountains. The result feels effortless—guests naturally gravitate toward these perfectly framed vantage points, settling into the rhythm of island life.

What we couldn’t have predicted was how this particular Four Seasons location would capture the world’s attention when “The White Lotus” chose it as their filming location. Suddenly, our umbrellas were part of a cultural moment, their coral silhouettes appearing in scenes watched by millions.
